Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations on-site in Atlanta, GA. You will manage a 3–4 recruiter team, handle high-volume hiring events, and oversee full-cycle HR including leaves, compliance, and licensing. Drive a positive culture aligned with Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.

You will partner with local leadership to provide practical HR support, coach managers, and shape policies to mitigate risk and improve employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 4–5 years in a high-volume HR role.
• Experience with FMLA, ADA, LOA and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough workplace investigations and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters in a high-volume environment.
• Conduct impartial, compliant workplace investigations with clear findings.
• Coach and counsel managers to improve performance and engagement.
• Oversee recruiting activities, onboarding, and high-volume hiring events.
• Manage leave processes (FMLA, ADA, LOA) and regulatory compliance.
