Job summary

Penske is seeking a Strategic HR Project Partner in Reading, PA. You will lead cross‑functional HR initiatives across benefits, compensation, diversity & inclusion, recruiting, and analytics, acting as an internal consultant to business leaders.

You’ll define scope, develop project plans, and steer teams to deliver enterprise solutions, with executive updates and risk reporting to senior leadership. Four days per week in the office is required, with a focus on influencing outcomes through

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Reading, PA corporate office, 4 days per week.
Experience leading initiatives or advisory/consulting.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) to influence without direct authority.
Comfortable using data to flag risks and guide executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams through planning, execution, and monitoring of HR initiatives.
Define project scope, facilitate brainstorming sessions, create project plans and co-author proposals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and convert complex problems into structured, executable plans.
Act as an objective advisor to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Build executive-level presentations and report project updates, risks, and recommendations.
Work with HR Change Management to ensure adoption of new processes.
