Ideal candidates bring advisory experience, strong problem solving, high EQ, and data-driven decision making with tools like Smartsheet. Reading, PA office presence four days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience leading initiatives or advisory/consulting capacity.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High emotional intelligence with influence without direct authority.
• Comfortable using data to flag risks and guide decisions (e.g., Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams through planning, execution, and monitoring of HR initiatives.
• Define project scope, facilitate sessions, create plans and co-author proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into executable plans.
• Act as objective advisor to teams and senior leadership with vetted solutions.
• Build executive presentations and report risks and recommendations.
