Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager III within the HR Program Management Office. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; or Akron, OH, and involves leading complex HR projects within International Expansion and M&A programs with limited travel.

Responsibilities include governance, planning, and execution excellence across HR COEs, Technology, HRIS, and HR Risk, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• University/college degree with 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience.
• PMO and HR project delivery experience preferred.
• Certifications are often desired but no required certification stated.

Responsibilities

• Manages the most complex projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment, with budgets potentially over $2.5M.
• Develops strategy, processes, resource allocation, budgets and guidelines to support the project management team.
• Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire resources, assigns tasks, directs activities, and coaches project team members.
• Tracks progress, analyzes results, forecasts trends, and proactively manages scope changes and risks.
• Maintains communications for governing bodies and stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear project expectations.
