Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking an HR Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on performance management and employee surveys. The role shapes how the company measures, enhances and supports employee performance and engagement.

You will collaborate with multiple business units, coordinate program planning, analytics and trainings, and partner with HR on system testing and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of HR-related experience.
• 1+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, benchmarking and administration of HR programs across all business units, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and change requests.
• Support performance management processes including goals, mid-year and annual reviews, reporting and analytics.
• Host project meetings and facilitate HR training sessions.
• Create and analyze reports, dashboards and data for the performance cycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and share knowledge about HR programs.
• Partner with HR to support system testing, implementation, and optimization for performance management processes.
• Support all company-wide employee survey programs including survey approach, design, management, trends, data analysis and enhancements.
• Host project team meetings, identify appropriate tools, and leverage resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop survey program materials including updates, decks, communications, user documentation, and results presentations.
• Collaborate with project team to facilitate HR and Leader training sessions.
• Partner with HR to support system access for users and audit reports.
• Support vendor partnerships, contracts, and financials for survey program.
