Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. is seeking a Manager, HR Programs & Compliance to balance hands-on and strategic responsibilities. You will support the Vice President of HR, leading compliance and development initiatives and coordinating audits across HTA, HHT, and Hitachi Limited.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration or related field required.
HR certifications a plus but not required.
Minimum 7+ years of HR experience with exposure to both compliance and training activities.
Advanced understanding of local, state and federal employment laws.
Proficiency using MS Office applications.
Experience with systems and technology that support HR (e.g. ADP Workforce Now, SharePoint, and Workday).
History of demonstrating excellent organizational, planning, written, and oral communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and respond to audits to ensure compliance and coordinate with HR and Legal.
Oversee compliance reporting and affirmative action programs.
Lead Learning and Development initiatives and succession planning.
Drive special HR projects and disseminate information on programs and policies.
Mentor and manage the Senior HR & Employee Communications Representative.
