Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration or related field required.
• HR certifications a plus but not required.
• Minimum 7+ years of HR experience with exposure to compliance and training activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and respond to audits (HTA/HHT/Hitachi/Limited/ISO/J-Sox/OFCCP/IRS); coordinate with HR and provide recommendations.
• Oversee and assist with compliance reporting (AAP, VETS-4212, EEO-1).
• Lead Learning and Development initiatives and succession planning; support training programs.
• Drive special HR projects; create and disseminate information on HR programs, policies, and procedures.
