Job summary

Hitachi High-Tech America, Inc. seeks a Manager, HR Programs & Compliance to balance hands-on work with strategic HR initiatives.

Based in Dallas, TX, with hybrid work (50% remote) and occasional travel, you will drive compliance audits, policy updates, and collaboration with legal and HR colleagues. You will lead Learning and Development, succession planning, and undertake special HR projects while mentoring the Senior HR & Employee Communications Representative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration or related field required.
• Experience with compliance and training initiatives preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and respond to regulatory and internal audits.
• Coordinate compliance reporting and policy revisions.
• Develop compliance communications such as newsletters.
• Lead Learning and Development initiatives and oversee training programs.
• Drive special HR projects and mentor staff.
• Support committees such as PiH and HHT WAY.
• Manage and mentor HR staff.
