Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an HR Program Manager to partner with HR leadership, driving alignment and disciplined execution across the HR organization. This role serves as an integrator, coordinating work across HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to ensure initiatives move forward with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, build governance structures, and support workforce strategy, talent planning, and organizational design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR, talent management, program management, project management, or related function.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive-ready materials.
• Strong project, stakeholder, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and drive clarity across priorities.
• Experience building operating rhythms, dashboards, or governance routines.

Responsibilities

• Connect work across HRBPs, COEs, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, overlaps, dependencies, and risks across HR initiatives.
• Translate strategic direction into clear actions, owners, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive follow-through on key leadership decisions and ensure progress.
• Create standard work, project structures, and governance routines.
• Synthesize inputs across leaders into themes, recommendations, and action plans.
• Build and maintain the cadence for HR leadership meetings and reviews.
• Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and follow‑up actions.
• Ensure meetings are structured around decisions, risks, and outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to gather inputs and prepare high‑quality materials.
• Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance routines.
• Coordinate stakeholder input across HRBPs, COEs, and leaders.
