Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking an HR planning and operations support professional for staff-level responsibilities with USARCENT G1. This on-site Shaw AFB, SC role focuses on personnel policy development, readiness analysis, and coordination with HQDA and USCENTCOM. Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Minimum five years in Army/Joint HR planning; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Proficiency in MS Office is expected; DTAS/IPPSA knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Minimum five years of Army/Joint HR plans and operations experience, incl. two years at senior levels.
• IPPSA/DTAS knowledge is preferred for personnel accountability.

Responsibilities

• Draft, staff, and maintain HR plans, orders, and personnel annexes in support of USARCENT.
• Prepare personnel readiness analysis and strength reporting.
• Coordinate HR plans with HQDA, USCENTCOM, and partners.
• Develop staff packets, briefs, and executive presentations for G1.
• Track HR taskers and ensure on-time completion.
• Support exercises, deployments, and theater personnel operations.
