Job summary

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking an experienced personnel security specialist to support ARCENT with vetting, onboarding, and investigations. The role requires coordinating with HR, security offices, and investigative agencies to ensure compliance with DoD and Army policies.

Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required; the candidate will manage data, prepare reports, and assist in workforce readiness while working on-site at Shaw AFB, South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel suitability, onboarding, and vetting support for ARCENT headquarters and supported organizations.
• Review, process, and evaluate personnel records, suitability packages, and background investigation documentation to ensure compliance with federal regulations and Army policies.
• Coordinate personnel security screenings, background investigations, fingerprint submissions, and suitability determinations for military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Process onboarding packages, access requests, credentialing requirements, and personnel actions in support of workforce management objectives.
• Maintain personnel security and suitability databases, records, and tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and accountability.
• Monitor the status of personnel investigations, adjudications, and suitability actions and provide timely updates to leadership and stakeholders.
