Job summary

Liniform Linen and Uniform Service in Barberton, Ohio seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function as a member of the leadership team. This full-time, exempt role partners with the President to create a positive employee experience and align HR programs with Liniform’s culture and goals.

The HR Manager will oversee payroll, HRIS (iSolved), benefits, recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance, while promoting safety and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience managing multiple HR areas.
• Experience with payroll administration, benefits administration and employee records.
• Experience with an HRIS/payroll system; iSolved experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and programs aligned with company goals and culture.
• Oversee payroll to ensure accurate and timely pay and maintain confidential records in HRIS.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding and employee retention strategies.
• Coordinate HR training programs and ensure OSHA, BWC and required trainings are completed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and maintain HR records.
