Mondelēz International is seeking an HR leader based in East Hanover, NJ to partner with senior leaders, design organizational and capability strategies, and drive transformation across the national footprint. You will own end‑to‑end talent programs, accelerate capability development, and champion a growth culture with data‑driven insights.

The role includes shaping workforce strategies, managing succession, guiding change initiatives, and collaborating with HRIS, IT, and Finance to ensure data

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business partner.
• Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations, ideally within FMCG/CPG.
• Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders.
• Ability to create a change strategy and lead complex transformation.
• Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
• Future focused with market-trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: advise senior leaders and executives across national business units to develop and execute people strategies with KPIs.
• Org & Capabilities: support organization design and transformation agendas.
• Talent: drive end‑to‑end talent agenda, attract and onboard talent, develop succession.
• Culture: enable a growth culture and employee engagement.
• Transformation: provide People support on transformation initiatives.
• Rewards: support compensation and recognition decisions as part of talent strategy.
• Change Management: guide organizations through transitions and transformations.
• Data Analytics & Insights: build predictive models and dashboards and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• National-Level Process Excellence: standardize and improve HR processes across locations.
