Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Customer Service & Logistics function in the United States. The role partners with senior leaders to drive talent, culture, and organizational design, aligning people plans with business strategy across the CS & Logistics teams.

You will own end-to-end talent and capability agendas, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and support change initiatives to enable growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a business partner.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and leadership in HR with strategic priorities and external perspective.
• Ability to build HR operating plans and people/capability roadmaps.
• Broad generalist HR skills across populations; supply chain/logistics experience desirable.
• Prior experience with high-performance work systems like lean six sigma; TPM valued but not required.
• Ability to develop partnerships and coach senior function leaders.
• Ability to create and lead change strategy and complex transformation.
• Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
• Future focused with market trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into team objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR/People Partners and business stakeholders.
• Support performance, culture, engagement, pipeline management, and succession planning.
• Lead end-to-end talent agenda and partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard.
• Support transformation initiatives and change management in the business.
• Guide ER teams on on-ground actions and case management.
