Motorola Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance to leadership and employees. The role blends strategic HR planning with hands-on advisory work in a hybrid Waltham, MA setting.

Responsibilities include driving talent management, diagnosing organizational gaps, and partnering with COEs to align HR actions with business goals. 6+ years HR experience and strong analytics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record partnering with Executive level leaders.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with HR experience in a large, dynamic org.
• Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose organizational issues.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive HR support by developing and implementing HR strategies for client groups.
• Diagnose organizational effectiveness gaps and design interventions to address them.
• Drive talent management processes and partner with managers to resolve HR issues.
• Produce data-driven solutions and people analytics for the business.
