Responsibilities

• Develops and implements HR processes for trainings, recruitments, compensation, and payroll.
• Facilitates and processes complex HR transactions per policies.
• Handles inquiries in-person, email, and other channels and relays to appropriate units.
• Audits HR reports to ensure policy compliance.
• Supports strategic plans and leads staff implementation of HR initiatives.
• Serves as HR consultant and liaison, advising leadership on policies.
