Job summary

Taylormade is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive people strategies that align with business goals in California. You will partner with senior leadership, leverage data and financial insights, and influence workforce planning, organizational design, and employee engagement across the company.

Balancing strategic advisory with hands-on execution, you will lead talent strategy, workforce cost management, and employee relations initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with employee relations, organizational development or performance management.
• BS/BA degree Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development or Business Administration.
• Experience developing creative, effective approaches to complex human resources challenges.
• Experience partnering with business leaders at a senior level and driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Analyze personnel costs and HR data to influence senior leadership decisions.
• Lead the Talent Strategy function within business units and identify talent opportunities.
• Oversee headcount planning and governance in alignment with budgets.
• Collaborate on organizational design and workforce transitions.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Lead performance management and employee experience initiatives.
