Job summary

Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with senior leaders and guide HR operations across locations. The role focuses on talent management, policy development, recruitment, and ensuring legal compliance while shaping compensation programs and benefits strategy.

The Hybrid work arrangement requires in-office presence three days per week, with collaboration across a dispersed network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or SPHR/C CPP certifications are advantageous.
• Extensive HR and talent management experience across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Business Partnering with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Oversee HR Operations including HRIS/HCM data management and policy implementation.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding processes and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and oversee compensation programs.
• Collaborate with finance to manage HR budgets and forecast HR costs.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor HR metrics in real time.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Advise managers on employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
