Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Manager of Human Resources based in McLean, Virginia. The role partners with business leaders to drive leadership development, talent and performance management, change management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.

You will coach employees and managers, address employee relations issues, and lead engagement initiatives. The position requires strong HR knowledge, strategic mindset, and the ability to influence across diverse

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of people management/HR experience.
Experience in organizational development, HR administration, and business support required.
Knowledge of HR best practices and trends across HR functions.

Responsibilities

Partner with the business to identify and drive leadership development, talent management, and workforce planning initiatives.
Coach employees and managers; address employee relations issues with fairness and impact.
Drive employee engagement programs and coordinate training needs with the Training and Development team.
