Job summary

Qualifications

12+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner.
Experience in Organizational Development or a Project center of excellence is a plus.
Effective coaching and culture development.
Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
BA/BS or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align on the People strategy.
Design and deliver talent planning, leadership development, and succession initiatives.
Advise on local and global compensation practices using internal frameworks and market data.
Support workforce planning and organization design to meet future needs.
Develop and use HR metrics to inform People decisions.
