Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business strategy at our Augusta, GA site. You will partner with leaders to drive talent reviews, workforce planning, and performance cycles.

This role focuses on organizational design, employee engagement, diversity, and development programs, while managing HR projects and collaborating with finance to forecast staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required OR years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with degree or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Microsoft Office Suite and HCM experience required; ASP, PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to support strategic HR actions and milestones annually.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning with leaders.
• Lead employee engagement, diversity efforts, and analyze survey data.
• Collaborate on training, talent development, succession planning, and performance cycles.
• Manage HR projects to achieve milestones and timelines.
• Consult with finance on proactive workforce planning.
