• Manage employee relations including investigation and fair resolution.
• Support talent management initiatives including workforce and succession planning, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with office leadership to identify development and training needs and implement plans.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HR-related legal requirements.
• Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives.
