Job summary

USABlueBook, a division of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, seeks a strategic HR Manager to lead HR initiatives across multiple sites. You will partner with business leaders to drive talent, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires strong experience in HR business partnering, ability to influence leaders, and a track record of managing both hourly and salaried staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience with HR Partner/Manager roles.
• Ability to influence leaders on employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried staff; multi-site HR.
• Experience with HRIS and workforce systems (Workday, Kronos, UKG).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Staffing on recruiting across functional areas.
• Collaborate with leadership on development and execution of performance improvement plans.
• Integrate HR policies during acquisitions.
• Build internal partnerships to resolve associate relations issues.
• Align workforce with the organization’s vision.
• Develop and implement performance management plans.
• Deliver training to limit legal exposure.
• Serve as primary contact between associates and management on HR policies.
