Job summary

Commercial Metals in Georgia is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training and compensation. You will partner with plant and site leaders to attract and retain top talent and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in HR and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding, coaching leaders, and administering benefits; occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources fields including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, and compensation.
• Ability to work a schedule outside of normal business hours as needed to support a 24/7 operation.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting activities and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide employee relations support and investigative responses.
• Oversee benefits enrollment and communicate with employees about programs.
• Assist with onboarding, training coaching for leaders, and policy adherence.
