Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR Business Partner or related experience.
• 5+ years of Employee Relations experience.
• Environmental experience in mid-to-large organizations or engineering firms.
• Talent management, succession planning, and leadership development experience preferred.
• Credentials or certifications in HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Assess organizational structure and develop initiatives for effectiveness and talent development.
• Guide employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Partner with recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes.
• Support change management and culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics and present insights to senior leaders.
