Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across multiple Florida offices and in Duluth, GA. The role focuses on aligning HR strategy with business objectives and driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

You will act as trusted advisor, lead change, oversee performance management, employee relations, and policies while ensuring legal compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of HR Business Partner or related experience.
• 5+ years of Employee Relations experience.
• Experience in mid-to-large organizations, multi-office environments, and/or engineering consulting.
• Talent management, performance reviews, and succession planning experience preferred.
• HR credentials or certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and UKG.

• Collaborate with operational leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Assess organizational structure, talent capabilities, and workforce planning needs.
• Design initiatives for organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Partner with recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement performance management processes and coaching.
• Support change management with communications and training plans.
• Communicate HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports for senior leaders.
