You will guide new hires through benefits elections, coordinate with the HR team, and manage Workday onboarding tasks with deadlines.

The role requires strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information while supporting agency employees across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, law, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of Workday experience in HR for the State of Oklahoma.
• At least one year of professional HR experience.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Enrolling employees in benefits and retirement plans.
• Processing HR transactions and onboarding tasks in Workday.
• Facilitating New Employee Orientation and background checks.
• Responding to general HR inquiries and escalating complex issues.
