The role develops and implements robust HR strategies, addressing talent management and organizational development across the unit, with collaboration from HR centers of expertise and the HR Solution Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, human resources, industrial relations or related field.
• Five+ years in human resources or human capital management.
• Experience across HR domains: total rewards, recruitment, employee and labor relations, talent management, performance and learning & development, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Experience consulting with units on workforce planning, talent assessments and performance management.
• Experience presenting complex information to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leaders and HR centers of expertise to develop tailored talent management strategies for units.
• Understand unit goals to support workforce planning and succession planning.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to line management on performance, career development and disciplinary actions.
• Communicate HR policies clearly to enable planning and action by units.
• Leverage data to design talent strategies and stay updated on employment laws and HR practices.
• Partner across the organization to inform hiring, promotion, compensation, learning and succession.
