• 5+ years of experience linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with directors and managers on engagement strategies to attract and retain talent across the organization.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
• Manage resolution of HR inquiries and support managers with HR issues; provide guidance for problem resolution.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR teammates to develop and execute talent management, leadership development, workforce planning and employee engagement strategies.
