• Guide on best practices for managing employee performance issues.
• Act as a partner during talent moments to align processes with priorities.
• Leverage HR data to generate insights and support decisions; tell clear stories.
• Contribute to strategic HR priorities such as process optimization and employee experience improvements.
• Advance technology-enabled solutions including Workday, ServiceNow, AI, and RPA initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with HR colleagues and business stakeholders.
