Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner for the Southeast US, with 5-7 years in HR leadership. The role is remote based with up to 25% travel, supporting leaders across multiple business units to drive people strategies and improve business results.

Qualifications

5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on strategic HR business partnership.
Experience partnering with senior leaders across multiple business units.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Experience leveraging HR COEs (Talent, Inclusion & Diversity, Benefits, Compensation).
Experience in a fast-paced, global, or matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR partnership: collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
Act as trusted advisor to leadership, delivering tailored HR solutions.
Partner with leadership to identify people-related challenges and opportunities.
Ensure alignment between business goals and HR initiatives using HR COEs.
Lead merger and acquisition activities including due diligence and integration.
