Job summary

Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with regional leadership, align people strategies with business goals, and lead succession planning and college recruitment. You will monitor turnover, support performance development, and guide managers in corrective actions while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• MA/MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of prior generalist HR experience.
• Experience in EEOC and DOL investigations and wage/hour audits preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, employment law, recruitment, benefits, training, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Recruiting and leads selection for key regional roles.
• Coordinate College Recruitment in the region.
• Work with VPOs/RPDs on workforce planning.
• Monitor region turnover and advise on retention.
• Align business objectives with employees and management.
• Lead succession planning and develop leadership profiles.
• Develop and oversee regional training programs.
• Assist compensation in job descriptions and market data.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Contribute to policy development and HR initiatives.
• Guide corrective actions and separation processes when needed.
• Provide supervisory training on management topics.
• Collaborate with compensation and region for internal equity.
• Review personnel actions for warranted changes and policy adherence.
• Assist Benefits with rollout of new programs.
