Job summary

Arizona Kidney Disease and Hypertension Center (AKDHC) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner & Programs Manager to serve as a trusted HR resource for managers and leadership. This role provides day-to-day HR guidance, manager coaching, recruitment support, employee lifecycle and leave coordination, and leadership of key employee programs, in partnership with AKDHC’s outsourced HR provider.

Key responsibilities include Manager Support & Employee Relations, Recruitment & Hiring, Employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 5-8 years progressive HR experience including employee relations and program development.
• Experience with performance management, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Strong communication, coaching, and project management skills.
• Confidentiality and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and coaching to managers and leadership.
• Support performance management, corrective action, documentation, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
• Escalate complex or high-risk matters to leadership and the outsourced HR provider.
• Partner with managers on staffing, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
