Job summary

Altasciences Clinical Kansas Inc. is seeking an Executive Director of HR Operations & Business Partnership to design and lead the HR operating model, governance, and people infrastructure for growth across the US and Canada.

You will work with senior leadership to enhance workforce effectiveness, performance, and risk management. You will partner with the VP of Centers of Expertise to translate enterprise people strategies into scalable outcomes, and drive HR programs, technology adoption,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, industrial relations, business administration or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience across multi-site operations in US/Canada.
• 7–10 years in senior leadership roles (Director or equivalent).
• Experience partnering with executive leaders on workforce strategy and transformation.
• Experience leading HR leaders and high-performing teams in growth environments.
• Experience implementing enterprise HR programs, technologies and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Employment standards in Canada and the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations transformation, process optimization, tech enablement and automation.
• Design and evolve a scalable HR operating model across the organization.
• Build capabilities in HR teams, drive data‑driven decision making and governance.
• Ensure compliant, high‑quality HR service delivery across US and Canada.
• Partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and risk management.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
• Oversee employee relations, benefits administration and retention programs.
