Job summary

Arizona Kidney Disease and Hypertension Center (AKDHC) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner & Programs Manager to serve as a trusted HR resource for managers and leadership. This role provides day-to-day HR guidance, manager coaching, recruitment support, employee lifecycle and leave coordination, and leadership of key employee programs.

The position partners with AKDHC’s outsourced HR provider on compliance and complex employee relations matters, while driving initiatives to enhance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience including employee relations.
• Experience with performance management, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Strong communication, coaching, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and coaching to managers and leadership.
• Support performance management, corrective action, documentation, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
• Escalate complex or high-risk matters to leadership and the outsourced HR provider.
• Partner with managers on staffing needs, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
