Qualifications
Preferred: Healthcare or medical practice HR experience; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification; experience working with an outsourced HR provider.
HR Partnership
This role serves as the internal HR liaison between AKDHC managers, leadership, and the outsourced HR provider. The position handles day-to-day HR support and program leadership while escalating specialized, compliance-related, and higher-risk matters as appropriate.
