CNM Central New Mexico Community College is seeking an HR Operations professional to implement HR programs across the employee lifecycle. You will liaise between Human Resources and enterprise clients, supporting CNM’s strategic objectives and fostering strong partnerships.

The role involves coordinating performance reviews, staff development, and workforce planning, while ensuring data integrity and timely HR services. A background in compensation, rewards, and employee relations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant HR experience OR Associate's degree and 5 years of relevant HR experience OR 7 years of progressive HR experience including 2 years supervisory experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HR programs, compensation, performance management, staffing, and organizational design

Responsabilités

• Assist HR Operations Director in delivering core HR programs across the employee lifecycle
• Coordinate annual ROC (performance review) process and help employees set measurable objectives
• Work with TA to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
• Collaborate with HRIT to ensure data integrity and timely administrative support
