Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or Associate's with significant experience.
• Three (3) years of relevant HR experience; or Seven (7) years with supervisory experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering and implementing core HR programs and processes across the employee life cycle.
• Collaborate with client groups and HR SMEs to align programs with department priorities.
• Provide guidance to HR colleagues and ensure timely HR services.
• Participate in HR planning and identify short- and long-term HR requirements.
• Maintain high visibility, communicate HR programs, and stay current on changes and priorities.
• Monitor staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and develop recruitment plans.
• Coordinate training and development programs with Learning & Organization Development.
• Coordinate ROC performance review processes and help employees set objectives.
• Conduct organizational reviews and ensure appropriate job classifications and pay levels.
