Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience required.
• 7+ years HR experience with supervisory responsibilities is a plus or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation of HR programs and strategies aligned with CNM’s objectives.
• Acts as liaison between HR and enterprise clients to foster partnerships.
• Coordinates HR processes across the employee life cycle and supports performance management.
