Job summary

Envision, Inc. in Wichita, KS is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to align people practices with our mission and operational needs. You will serve as a trusted HR resource and advocate for employees, guiding performance management, leadership development, and onboarding.

You’ll lead key initiatives, such as employee recognition, listening strategies, and engagement activities, while ensuring legal compliance and data accuracy across HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business field, or equivalent experience.
• Not-for-profit experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6-8 years’ prior experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner across Envision, building relationships with leaders and employees.
• Lead performance management redesign, timelines, and improvements.
• Develop and coordinate new manager training and onboarding.
• Develop and coordinate employee listening strategy and EAG initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to HR staff and support recruiting as needed.
