Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an experienced leader to oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy, execution, and project management for major brands in North America. You will drive innovation, productivity, and strategic supply chain initiatives, coordinating with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and wider Supply Chain teams to maximize value and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in consumer products.
• Engineering, manufacturing, production or R&D background.
• Basic marketing/finance/product supply/procurement principles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and stage-gate governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for manufacturing sourcing and capacity management and capital investment proposals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Finance, Quality, Planning, Engineering and Operations to ensure project execution.
• Single point of contact for cross-functional partners on innovation and productivity projects.
• Provide regular updates to sponsors and stakeholders on progress, delivery status, financials, supply planning and next steps.
• Lead feasibility assessment at first stage gate and build business cases for strategic agendas; define network capability and capital associated with capability development.
• Lead the implementation of growth, innovation, and supply chain network optimization initiatives with stakeholder alignment.
• Provide leadership for Product Change Management and Plant Business Development to commercial partners as directed.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support growth and margin targets.
