Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate HR records.
• Administer payroll in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings and candidate screening.
• Guide managers and employees regarding company policies and performance management.
• Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives.
