Qualifications

  • Professional Certification in Human Resources (PHR/SHRM-CP/IPMA-HR) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Support management and staff by interpreting and implementing HR programs, policies, and activities.
  • Administer HR programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness with applicable laws.
  • Oversee and maintain HR programs and data accuracy.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, presentations, and orientations for employees and management.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, salary evaluations, and employee relations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
