The University System of New Hampshire seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to deliver strategic and tactical HR guidance across organizational development, employee relations, and policy implementation. The role partners with managers in diverse environments including academic, administrative, and union settings to align workforce strategies with the university's mission.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, design, coaching, training delivery, and leveraging data from the HR system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of related HR experience, or Master’s degree and three years of related HR experience.
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
• Supervisory and administrative ability.
• Experience with a robust HCM system such as Workday.

Responsabilités

• Organizational Development and Strategic Partnership across workforce planning, staffing, succession, recruiting, development, performance and labor relations.
• Act as a change agent through process design analysis to support change and transformation driving best-practice solutions.
• Counsel, educate, and advise managers and employees on USNH policies.
• Provide guidance to management regarding HR processes for job classifications, reclassifications, equity requests and performance bonuses.
• Liaise with HR, Legal, Finance and Academic Administration teams.
• Drive data-driven HR program insights using the internal HCM system to evaluate patterns and trends.
• Gather feedback via stay and exit interviews and drive action items with managers.
• Champion HR initiatives and engagement activities, including training and communication.
