Job summary

Merit Medical Systems is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver HR support and guidance across client groups. You will act as the first HR contact, counsel leadership and employees, and build strong employee relations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strategic and hands-on HR expertise, data analysis, investigations, and training program support, with responsibilities spanning policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.
• Experience: five years general HR generalist experience.
• Ability to analyze data using HRIS and other systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication and ability to facilitate between employees and leadership.
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to designated client groups and leadership.
• Counsel and coach employees throughout the employment life cycle.
• Investigate employee relations issues thoroughly and objectively.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to develop HR programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Support leadership training and development programs.
• Conduct exit interviews and support continuous improvement of HR processes.
