The role requires five years of HR generalist experience, strong data analysis, and excellent communication. You will navigate federal/state regulations and support continuous improvement across HR processes.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of five years HR generalist experience.
• Ability to analyze data using HRIS and reporting tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with ability to interface with leadership.
• Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets and databases.
• Ability to work with senior management and interpret policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance to designated client groups.
• Advise and coach employees and leadership across the employee lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify workforce trends and drive solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Support training programs and continuous improvement of HR processes.
