Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts seeks a Market People Partner to act as a trusted HR advisor for the NAPA People team in their assigned area. You will align with leaders on talent acquisition, planning, onboarding, development, engagement, and compensation to support the employee lifecycle and drive strategic priorities.

You will partner with leadership to ensure staffing, readiness, and compliant HR operations across sites, while managing programs from onboarding to performance and benefits enrollment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years experience implementing HR processes in a high growth environment.
• Experience leading teams or guiding projects without direct reporting authority.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and partners to drive HR programs.
• Experience supporting multiple locations with HR operations and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding, learning, engagement and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively consults with leadership to plan talent needs and retention efforts.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to review staffing and keep facilities staffed.
• Assess workforce capabilities, identify readiness and succession gaps, and enable development.
• Maintain high standards in performance management, coaching, and documentation.
• Manage onboarding, training, compliance, learning and offboarding programs.
• Lead key employee events including reviews, meetings, surveys, safety programs, and enrollment.
• Collect and analyze data across the employee lifecycle to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to policies, compensation, safety and security.
• Process payroll for hourly and salaried staff and maintain accurate files in HRIS.
• Support benefits orientation and annual enrollment activities.
