Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Market People Partner to act as a trusted HR advisor for the NAPA People team. You will align with leaders on talent acquisition, planning, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and compliance to support strategic priorities.

You will manage all components of the employee lifecycle, including payroll accuracy, benefits enrollment, training delivery and program governance, while ensuring adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years implementing HR processes in a high-growth environment.
• Experience leading teams and driving results without direct reporting authority.
• Strong collaboration with leaders and business partners to drive programs.

Responsibilities

• Consult with NAPA leadership to plan talent needs and retention initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to monitor staffing and ensure coverage for business needs.
• Assess workforce capabilities, identify readiness and succession gaps, and provide targeted development.
• Lead onboarding, training, compliance, and employee engagement programs.
• Oversee payroll processing, records, and compliance with regulations.
• Support benefits enrollment and annual open enrollment processes.
• Maintain HR data accuracy in HRIS and generate lifecycle analytics.
