Job summary

Körber Pharma is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to support manufacturing operations and partner with leaders and employees across the organization. This role focuses on workforce engagement, talent development, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related discipline.
• Five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines (employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers' compensation, conflict resolution).
• Experience in a manufacturing and printing environment preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce.
• Decisive and self-confident.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the company culture, values, and policies.
• Grow workforce strategies to recruit and develop qualified candidates.
• Promote employee advancement and recognition efforts.
• Advocate for employee retention and development (maintain and improve the apprenticeship program).
• Manage data entry and maintenance of employee records.
• Manage the New Hire Orientation Process.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Participate in investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior.
• Remain flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Exhibit strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Work with neatness, punctuality, and accuracy.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills including e-mail, Excel, and word processing.
• Excellent interpersonal interaction with workforce and internal/external resources.
