Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG in Apex, NC seeks a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations and act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees. You will drive workforce engagement, talent development, and organizational success through employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, and workforce planning while maintaining a positive culture.

This role requires strong integrity, bilingual communication, and the ability to balance business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines.
• Experience in manufacturing and printing environment preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the company culture, values, and policies.
• Grow workforce strategies to recruit and develop qualified candidates.
• Promote employee advancement / employee recognition efforts.
• Advocate for employee retention and development (apprenticeship program).
• Manage data entry and maintenance of employee records.
• Manage the New Hire Orientation Process.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Participate in investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior.
• Remain flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Work accurately with attention to detail.
• Present professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills: email, Excel, Word processing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with workforce and stakeholders.

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting business objectives and operational growth.

Your role in our team

Your profile

• You have obtained a bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related discipline.
• You have gained at least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers' compensation, and conflict resolution.
• Experience working in a manufacturing and printing environment is preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce.
• Decisive and self‑confident.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred.
